Pattern

Pattern is a repetitive motif or design Time and motion can be involved with pattern and in a work of art. To show pattern I showed a picture of work done by Alexander Calder. The sculpture is called "4 white rudders". I chose this because I read that Alexander's work is also kinetic art which means that his work appears to be moving. I found that really interesting. I like pattern art because the art often tells a story.
